Change of Address

Need to update your home address in ParentVUE? Follow the steps below to make sure your school has the most up-to-date information. 

Why update your address? 

  • Ensure you receive important mail from the school. 
  • Stay informed about bus routes and transportation. 
  • Keep emergency contact information accurate. 

How to Change Your Address in ParentVUE

  1. Go to ParentVUE Login and sign in with your username and password.
  2. Select ‘My Account’ Once logged in, click on your name or profile icon in the upper right-hand corner, then select My Account. 
  3. Click ‘Edit Information’ Scroll to the Address Information section and click Edit.
  4. Update Your Address Enter your new street address, city, state, and zip code. Make sure all fields are filled out correctly. 
  5. Upload Proof of Residency You’ll need to upload one of the following documents showing your new address: 
    • Utility bill (electric, water, gas, internet) 
    • Lease or mortgage document 
    • Purchase agreement 
    • Property tax statement 
  6. Click Attach File to upload your document. 
  7. Submit Changes 

Once all updates and documents are complete, click Save and Submit

What happens next? 
Your school’s registrar will review your change request. 
If additional information is needed, they will reach out. 
Once approved, your address will be officially updated in our system.
