AARP Foundation Experience Corps - Achieve Pinal is recruiting volunteers to tutor second and third graders in Pinal County. Anyone in Arizona can help us attack poor literacy rates in the central part of our state. We tutor remotely so you can work on-on-one with students from the comfort of your own home. You will receive the training you need to be an effective tutor. We're looking for volunteers ages 50 and older to tutor twice per week, two hours each day beginning early November 2023 and concluding at the end of April 2024.
