Mrs. Diana Kidde

Hello! I have been married for 13 years to my wonderful husband, Carlos. We have an 12 year old son, a 10 year old daughter, and our little Doxipin, Buster. This is my fourth year in the district and sixth year teaching 8th grade Science.

I earned my Bachelor's in Teaching Middle Level Math/Science from Harding University in Searcy, AR. I gained my certification and am highly qualified in all 4 core subjects Math, Language Arts, Social Studies for grades 4-8, and General Science grades 6-12. After graduating, I taught 8th grade Science for 2 years in Northwest Arkansas.  I absolutely love it and love this age group!

Some of my favorite things to do are spending time with my family traveling and venturing out to places we've never been. We enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, going to the movies, museums, and shopping. I LOVE sewing, embroidery, crafting, and reading suspense and science fiction novels. I also absolutely LOVE the beach and it is my favorite place to be! :)

I am excited that you are in my class and I can’t wait to get to know you. I have many exciting things lined up for you this year. I will be striving to make science a fun and engaging learning experience for you.

Welcome to 8th grade Science!
