Standardized Tests

  • Our school offers a wide variety of standardized tests, many of which are organized and administered through the Apache Junction Counseling Department. Mandatory Stanford 10 testing takes place during freshman year, but optional PSAT/NMSQT, AP, and ASVAB are also available to students for various purposes which include: assessment,  informative, scholarship qualification, dual enrollment, college credit and admissions purposes. The PSAT/NMSQT will be offered at AJHS on October 24, 2018.

    ASVAB Tests
    Required:  No

    Purpose:  Measures your strengths, weaknesses, and potential for future success.
    Contents:  Arithmetic Reasoning (AR), Math Knowledge (MK), and Verbal Composite (VE).
