• Dear Four Peaks Students and Families,

I am very excited to introduce myself, Chad Cantrell, as the acting principal at Four Peaks Elementary School.  I have spent the past 15 years in education working as a history teacher, assistant principal, and an athletic director.  I have always worked hard to ensure the safety of my students and to help them gain success while at school.  I can promise the families that I will work my hardest to continue pursuing these goals for the students of Four Peaks Elementary.

I am entering my sixth year with the Apache Junction Unified School District.  I spent the first five years as Assistant Principal at Cactus Canyon Junior High.  For the last two years, I have also been the district Athletic Director, overseeing sports at the junior high and high school.  In my time with AJUSD, I have met and worked with so many wonderful families, and I am excited to take a new role and meet the many amazing Four Peaks families.

As a teacher, administrator, and more importantly. an elementary parent myself, I will work each day to ensure that Four Peaks is a safe and adademically rigorous environment that promotes the success and well-being of all students.  We are all working towards the same goals for the success of our students, and I know that we will come together as a community and work to give our students opportunities to grow.  Please know I will always make decisions with students first in my mind.

I thank you all for the opportunity to be a part of the Roadrunner family and the Four Peaks community.  Please know that my door is always open to our students, families, staff and community.  Apache Junction has been an amazing community to be a part of and I am excited to continue being a part of our town.

    Sincerely,

    Chad Cantrell

Acting Principal of Four Peaks Elementary School
